Journey to healthier lifestyle (Part 1)

A little warning.
This will be a long post.
You might fell asleep while reading this. 😉
Okay...
Here we go..
I was getting fatter.
Each and every day.
But, since I'm quite tall (169 cm to be exact), I have this little voice inside my head that keep telling me that it's still alright to be this huge.
Until one night. Everything changed.
I went to a dinner event with some of my work colleges.
I wore my favourite white blouse and long turquoise skirt.
Well, photo taking session and selfie are two normal things to do in event like that, right?
No exception for me as well.
Then, things started to change when I saw one of the picture of myself in my friend's phone.
Goodness sake, I'm terribly huge!
I was so shocked! Was that really me?
Felt like a big slap landed on my face! (I shouldn't be actually, due to my weight that time)
I asked my friend to delete that picture and my request leads to "Why" questions.
I gave another look to that picture.
I look like a freakin' giant!
Yes! Another slap to my face!
And, because of that, I lost my happy mood.
I even lost my appetite that night.
I went home early that night.
I cried while driving my car.
You might think that I decided to change my lifestyle and improve my diet the next day right?
Well...the answer is NO!
My emotional breakdown ended already. As simple as that!
I ate my usual breakfast (nasi lemak, ayam goreng rempah and lots of sambal), teh tarik and two or three pieces of sweet kuih.
I had my usual lunch at Kedai Nasi Kandar Jalan Chow Kit.
Fast food dinner with my friends.
Not a single workouts or exercises (except for turun naik tangga pejabat if that considered as workouts).
But that night before I went to bed, I went through my IG and I saw Kevin Zahri's IG.
Yes!
It's about JK1M Season 11.
All of his posting on JK1M 11 made me googled more info on healthy diet and better lifestyle.
I started to search for related blogs.
I started to search for other people's IG.
If they posted about Atkins, then I'll googled on Atkins diet.
If they posted about Keto diet, then Keto diet will be on my search engine.
Little that I know, I slept at 4am that day.
