Water! Water! Water!
Water
Water is the transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance that is the main constituent of Earth's streams, lakes, and oceans, and the fluids of most living organisms, and that is vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients. Exactly, how much water should we drink in a day?
Well, I got this information from a friend of mine.
For every 25 kg of your weight, you need to drink 1 litre of water.
So, if you are 75 kg, then you need to drink 3 litres of water everyday.
I drink 4 litres of water everyday.
It's hard.
Because water is tasteless.
But, trust me, by drinking water (according to your daily need) can really help you reduce your weight.
The hardships (not that hard actually) of frequent visits to the toilets is worth it.
Avoid sugary water.
Avoid sodas.
Avoid juices with lots of sugar in it.
But please!
Do not over consume the water!
That's not good for your body system.
Ask your doctor or any certified nutritionist if you really want to know your own daily intake for water.
I read somewhere that it is okay to drink Coke Zero or Pepsi Black because both of this sodas has no calories in them at all.
I did asked my coach regarding this matter.
He said,
"Can drink but, jangan amalkan selalu."
Why?
Because these two drinks are surely have no calories in them but they are high in sodium.
And Coke Zero uses artificial sweeteners which is called the Aspartame.

By the way, sometimes, I do drink Coke Zero or Pepsi Black especially when I went to watch movies with my friends.
So, what do you think?
